David V. Moore graduated from the University of Southern California in 2001 with a Bachelor of Art degree in Communication and a Minor in Construction Planning and Management from the School of Engineering.

Mr. Moore graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2004. While attending the University of Oregon, Mr. Moore proved himself as an exceptional student and was “certified” by the Oregon Supreme Court to practice law before Oregon courts while still a law student. Accordingly, Mr. Moore spent much time in the courtroom on behalf of the Lane County Oregon District Attorney’s Office. Concurrent with Mr. Moore’s time at the University of Southern California, he worked as an Assistant Superintendent of Construction for Southern California builder Sea Country Homes. In this capacity, Mr. Moore oversaw the construction of both an extensive perimeter retaining wall and 162 single family detached residences.

Mr. Moore joined Sabaitis · O’Callaghan, LLP in September of 2004 and and was sworn in as a member of the California Bar in December of 2004. Since joining Sabaitis · O’Callaghan, LLP, Mr. Moore has been utilizing his classroom and field experience in the construction industry towards the resolution of our clients needs in many areas including construction defect litigation and premises liability litigation.
