Kelly A. Seelig obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Thereafter, Ms. Seelig attended Loyola Law School where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree and was the senior note and comment editor of Loyola’s International and Comparative Law Review.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Seelig worked with non-profit organizations as an advocate for refugee populations in the legal and health care arenas. She continued her work with non-profit organizations during law school, analyzing new health care legislation as an extern for the National Health Law Program.

Since becoming a member of the California Bar in 2003, Ms. Seelig expanded her focus to the private sector, and has defended a wide array of clients in all aspects of complex construction defect litigation. Ms. Seelig joined Sabaitis • O’Callaghan, LLP in October 2005, and since then has expanded her practice further to include business litigation and premises liability litigation. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association as well as the Southern California Association of Defense Counsel.
