There is a growing concern spread by media headlines and information disseminated by various public health departments,regarding "toxic" molds. Yet there is uncertainty in the medical/scientific community regarding the harmful effects of such molds. There are currently few, if any, official regulatory standards for mold exposure or clean-up. This situation spells trouble for insurance companies, landlords, property managers, architects, engineers, builders, contractors and subcontractors.
